App lock (Face ID / Touch ID)

tidanote can require Face ID or Touch ID every time you open the app, so your notes stay private even if someone else has your device.

Turn it on

Open Settings → Security and enable App lock. On iOS and macOS this uses Face ID or Touch ID.

The app lock protects access on your device. It doesn’t change how sync or privacy work — your notes are still local-first and synced the same way.
